So I don't really blame the company....
Another thing is about people complaining about the lack of
bus/trains during weekend, where there's the weekend crowd but no
peak hour.
They don't seem to understand that nobody likes to work on
weekends if they can help it. Peak hr would mean activating more
drivers.
Even though public transport is supposed toserve us 7 days a
week, the operators are ultimately human like the passengers.
actually the problem is pay structure. Pay them more and people
will work weekends. Of course, that will drive up wage costs. But
frankly it'll only eat abit into their profit and they can always
lower their ceo's/director's pay to compensate
